Cleaning and maintaining the headset

Damage to the product due to liquids!
Liquids entering the product can short-circuit the electronics or damage the mechanics. Solvents or cleansing agents can damage the surfaces of the product.

Keep all liquids away from the product.

Clean the product only with a soft, dry cloth.
Replacing the ear pads
For reasons of hygiene, you should replace the ear pads on a yearly basis.

Hold the old ear pad and pull firmly.

Before connecting the new ear pad, ensure that the gray plastic insert is correctly aligned, as shown below.
If the plastic insert is not aligned correctly, the ear pad may not connect properly and the headset acoustics are impaired.

Fasten the new ear pads to the ear cup by pushing down the ear pads all the way around until all six catches audibly latch into place.
Replacing the headband padding
For reasons of hygiene, you should replace the headband padding at least once a year.

Remove the mold profiles for the old headband padding starting from the side as shown in the picture.

Place the new headband padding around the headband frame.

Attach the new headband padding by pressing together the mold profiles on the upper side.
The groove and spring of the mold profiles audibly click into place.
